Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter (or possibly butter)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 pound fish fillets (flounder or possibly sole), cut in pcs
  • Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Place butter and lemon juice in a 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking pan. Microwave on High 4 to 5 min.
  2. Mix together crumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip in lemon butter then coat with crumbs. Place in pan with remaining butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave uncovered on High. Halfway turn fish and sprinkle with paprika. Stand for 5 min before serving.
