Ingredientes

  • 3 (1 ounce.) slices French bread, cubed
  • 3 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 1/2 pound grouper or possibly other hard white fish fillets, cut into 1 in. wide
  • strips or possibly chunks (I use cod or possibly haddock)
  • Vegetable cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add in bread cubes. Process 30 seconds or possibly till crumbs are fine. Sprinkle crumbs on an ungreased baking sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till browned. Place in shallow bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, water, juice and rind in a shallow bowl; stir well. Dip fish in mayonnaise mix and dredge in bread crumbs. Place fish on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 min or possibly till outside is crispy and browned. Serve with chili sauce or possibly tartar sauce.
