Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. fish fillets (fresh, preferred)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr or possibly salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Betty Crocker Potato Buds

Direcciones

  1. Rinse and dry fillets between paper towels. Combine beaten egg, pepper and garlic. Dip fillets in egg mix and roll in Potato Buds. Fry in small amount of oil, turning frequently till golden. Serve immediately and enjoy.
