Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fish fillets
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. cool water
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • Shortening (for deep fat frying)

Direcciones

  1. Season fillets with salt. Combine flour, sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt. Combine egg, water and oil; add in to flour mix. Beat smooth. Dip fish in batter. Fry for 5 min, or possibly till golden.
