Ingredientes

  • 5 x Raw lobster tails, cut into eighths
  • 8 ounce Hot beer
  • 1/2 c. Cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. Flour Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp White wine

Direcciones

  1. Place flour and cornstarch in a bowl. Add in beer and mix well till all ingredients are combined. Season with salt and pepper. Let mix rest for one hour.
  2. Dip raw lobster tail pcs into tempura batter. Deep-fry at 340 degrees F till golden (approximately 1 1/2 to 2 min).
  3. Serve with Mustard Sauce.
  4. Yield: 4 servings
  5. SPICY MUSTARD SAUCE:Mix all ingredients till smooth.
