Ingredientes

  • 4 med. white potatoes
  • Oil for frying

  1. Bake potatoes, cut each one into 6 wedges. Heat 2 to 3 inches oil in deep fryer or possibly large saucepan to 375 degrees. Fry half the wedges at a time 2 to 3 min or possibly till golden. Drain. Serve immediately. 4 to 6 servings.
