Receta Crispy Heavenly Waffles

Ingredientes

1 3/4 c. All-purpose flour 2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr 1/2 c. Liquified butter buds brand butter substitute 1/4 c. Unsweetened apple sauce

1 2/3 c. Non-fat/skim lowfat milk 1/2 tsp Butter flavoring 2 x Egg whites

Direcciones

1. Combine all dry ingredients + 1/2 tsp. salt in large bowl. Add in remaining ingredients (except egg). Whip egg whites till stiff peaks form.
2. . Add in egg whites to batter, stir gently till combined. Coat waffle iron with non-stick vegetable spray. Pour approx. . 1/3 c. waffle mix into waffle iron. Allow to cook 2 to 5 minutes. or possibly till waffle is golden and crispy on the edges.
3. Serves six.
