Crispy Potato Quiche

Ingredientes

  • 1 (24 ounce.) pkg. frzn shredded hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. shredded warm pepper cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. diced cooked ham (or possibly bacon)
  • 1/2 c. half & half
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Direcciones

  1. 6 servings.
  2. Press thawed hashbrowns between paper towels to remove moisture. Fit hashbrowns into greased 10 inch pie plate, forming a solid crust. Brush crust with melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 min. Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheese and ham over bottom of crust. Beat half and half with Large eggs and seasoned salt. Pour over cheese and ham. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min (or possibly till done).
