Crispy Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes

  • 18-25 lg. mushrooms
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (lite)
  • 1 tbsp. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. minced water chestnuts
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh onion
  • 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tbsp. crumbled bacon (3 slices)

Direcciones

  1. Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Pat mushrooms dry. Mix cream cheese with lowfat milk and Worcestershire till fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill mushrooms with 1/2 tsp. of the mix. Cook in microwave oven 1 to 1 1/2 min, or possibly till done on high. These may also be done in the regular oven for 20-25 min at 350 degrees.
