Ingredientes

2 1/2 - 3 pound chuck roast
1 (15 ounce.) bottle barbecue sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 onion, minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

Cook on high till brown; then turn to low heat. Cook 6 to 8 hrs. Chop meat.
