Ingredientes

1 (5 lb.) hen
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 (8 ounce.) can tomato paste
1 (No. 2) can okra

1 (No. 2) can corn
2 pound potatoes
2 lg. onions
Red pepper and salt to taste

Direcciones

Place hen in crock pot with water to cover. Cook on high for 2 hrs. Remove chicken, debone. Chop chicken, return to crock pot. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 4 hrs.
