Crock Pot Cheese Fondue Dip

Ingredientes

2 can condensed cheddar cheese soup - (10 3/4 ounce ea)
1 pkt freeze dry or possibly fresh chives
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice Celery sticks Cauliflower cut up Corn chips

Direcciones

Combine condensed soup, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and chives. Cover and heat on LOW in crockpot for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. Stir till smooth and well blended. Keep warm in the pot.
