Ingredientes

  • 5 lb Potatoes Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 stk of margarine
  • 3 c. Shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Boil potatoes in skins till partially cooked; cold, peel, and grate.
  2. Divide potatoes in 3 equal portions. In a large round crockpot, put in a layer of grated potatoes, salt and pepper, 1/2 stick of butter, cut into pats, 1 c. shredded cheese. Repeat this procedure two more times, then pour lowfat milk over this. Cover and cook on MEDIUM heat for 2 1/2 hrs, the last 1/2 hour put on HIGH.
