Crock Pot Cheesy Meatball Tortellini ~ Easy Dinner Perfect for a Busy Weeknight! Cheesy Tortellini Loaded with Meatballs in Spaghetti Sauce!

Fall is here and that means brisk fall air, crisp leaves underfoot, pumpkins popping up everywhere and of course delicious comfort food. There is nothing like bringing the family together around the table over an amazing, hearty meal anytime of the year but fall really puts me in the mood for this.

One thing that is a prerequisite of comfort food that I serve in the fall and winter is that I don’t have to slave all day over it in the kitchen because as much as I love my family I’d rather be spending time with them instead of being stuck in the kitchen preparing meals for them. I’d have to think they’d agree!

I love this recipe because it involves relatively no work at all. Anyone else singing to the angels? If you can open a bag or a can you can make this recipe. I’d dare say that your husband is even capable of this one. Yes, I know, some men are amazing cooks, but I’m referring to the majority that shy away from anything involving a kitchen!

Throw this in the slow cooker in the morning and go off to pick apples or harvest pumpkins with the family then come home and enjoy a homemade meal with them. Doesn’t that sound amazing and fun?

To make this recipe even easier I used Casa Di Bertacchi Meatballs available at Sam’s Club locations nationwide. Casa has been creating tender, savory meatballs with a homemade taste since the 1960s. Fashioned by combining all beef with authentic Italian spices and imported Romano cheese, they’re seared and steamed in the traditional, old-world style, guaranteeing the highest quality in fully-cooked meatballs that are quick and easy to prepare. A 6 lb. bag of Casa Di Bertacchi Meatballs sells for less than $15. I’m a huge, huge fan of using meatballs in recipes and love the fact that I can buy a large bag of them and be set for a while. Check out the other amazing recipes using meatballs below!

So go grab a bag of Casa Meatballs from Sam’s Club, throw this delicious meal into the slow cooker and have some family fun at the pumpkin patch this fall!
