Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Onions, minced
  • 3 c. Celery, minced
  • 1/2 c. Margarine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Poultry seasoning
  • 5 c. Sliced white bread, crumbs
  • 5 c. Cornbread, crumbled
  • 2 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can Water
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry minced onions and minced celery in margarine. Add in salt, pepper, sage and poultry seasoning. Combine sliced white bread crumbs and cornbread crumbs in large bowl. In smaller bowl, blend cream of chicken soup, water, Large eggs and vinegar. Add in celery and onion mix to bread; toss. Add in liquid mix. Mix thoroughly and put into crock-pot which will hold at least 3 1/2-qts. Cook till done, stirring occasionally, for about 4 to 6 hrs on low.
