Ingredientes

  • 3 lb rump roast - (to 4)
  • 1 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce) (no sugar added variety)
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dsh soy sauce
  • 1 pkt Italian salad dressing mix (Good Seasons)

Direcciones

  1. Put roast in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium-high heat till mix comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and pour over roast in crock pot.
  2. Cook all night on Low or possibly 6 to 8 hrs on High. About 1 1/2 hrs before serving, flake meat apart and continue cooking.
  3. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings;
