Crock Pot Pizza Soup

Have you ever looked at a recipe and knew based on the ingredients that it would be good, not great, but nevertheless tasty and satisfying? Probably not a family “favorite”? I thought this recipe was going to be that and I still wanted to make it. After all, it’s soup in a crock pot. That is a winning combination for me. Having used all of these ingredients hundreds of times in different combinations I was fairly certain it would turn out good. Well, let me just say, this recipe turned out to be terrific. The Husband loved it the first day and the second as leftovers. The flavors just got better and better

  1. Dump all the ingredients into crock pot except for the pasta. This will be added 30 minutes before you are ready to serve. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Since everything is already cooked, you are just allowing all of the flavors to meld. Thirty minutes before serving, add the dry pasta. Makes 6-8 servings.
