Ingredientes

  • 3 to 4 pound rump roast
  • 2 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 2 to 4 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/2 lg. size onion diced

Direcciones

  1. Place roast in crock pot. Add in no water. Season with caraway seed, and Lawry's salt. Cover with fresh onion. The roast will make its own juice. Save juice for French dip au-jus or possibly gravy. Bake on low for 6 to 8 hrs depending on size.
