1 can Corn, (10.5 ounce) liquid removed or possibly frzn corn
3 x Baking potatoes, peeled, cut in 1/2" cubes
1 lb Boneless beef chuck or possibly round steak, trim of fat, cut in 1/2" cubes
1 can Stewed tomatoes, undrained, 14.5 ounce
1/4 c. Tomato paste
3 c. Water
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
1 pkt Powdered instant Beef broth

In a 6-qt electric crockery-cooker, combine all ingredients. Stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low-heat setting 8 to 9 hrs, or possibly till meat is tender.
