Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Beans, pinto dry
  • 6 c. Water cool
  • 1/2 lb Salt pork cut up
  • 1 lb Beef, chuck steak 1" cubed
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper, red crushed
  • 1 x Onions minced
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp. Garlic cloves chopped
  • 6 ounce Tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp Marjoram leaves

Direcciones

  1. Soak beans in water overnight. Brown salt pork in skillt or possibly in the corckpot if you have which type.
  2. Combine the soaked beans with water into the crockpot along with the browed salt pork and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 9-10 hrs.
