Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. oil olive
  • 4 x garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 med onions minced
  • 1 x red bell pepper minced
  • 1 x green bell pepper minced
  • 1 sm zucchini minced
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 6 ounce tomato paste
  • 1/4 lb sausage warm
  • 2 x boned and skinned chicken breast halves
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning crushed red pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Sautee onion and garlic till light brown. Remove. Add in sausage and chicken to brown in the skillet. Drain and pat dry. In crockpot combine all remaining ingredients together with the onions and garlic. Add in the sausage then top with the chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low setting 6-8 hours.
  2. TO FREEZE: Brown the garlic onion and meats as directed. Then put everything in a freezer bag and freeze. To prepare: thaw in the refigerator overnight and add in everything to the crockpot in the morning.
