Crockpot Chili

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

In a large stock pot, brown the beef over medium-high heat, add the sausage and cook through. Drain off the excess grease. Pour in the chili beans, spicey chili beans, diced tomatoes, bacon, bouillon and beer. Season with the chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Tabasco, cumin, paprika and sugar. Stir to blend, bring to a boil and transfer to a crockpot, cooking on low for at least 4 hours before serving. Taste and add salt, pepper and more chili powder if necessary. Serve with shredded cheese, dollop of sour cream and green onions.

**If you don’t like it too spicey, omit the chorizo sausage-it is a mexican spicy sausage.
