Ingredientes

  • 4 1/2 lb chicken parts or possibly cut up fryer salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ginger grnd
  • 1 c. garlic chopped
  • 1 c. chicken broth or possibly bouillon
  • 1 c. pineapple slices 8 1/2 ounce
  • 1 c. water chestnuts drain
  • 4 x green onions diag slice
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and place in crockpot. Combine ginger, garlic, broth and syrup from pineapple. Cut pineapple slices into fourths. Arrange pineapple and water chestnuts (sliced) over chicken.
  2. Pour ginger sauce over all. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hrs, or possibly till tender. Add in green onions.
  3. Dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce and vinegar. Stir into pot.
  4. Cover and cook on high 10-15 min or possibly till slightly thickened. Serve with crisp Chinese noodles.
