Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredientes

  • 12 oz (small elbow) macaroni
  • 1 lg. can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cup regular milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 cups grated cheese (I use Mild Cheddar)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to Taste

Direcciones

  1. Cook macaroni for 6 minutes and drain
  2. Cut the margarine up into slices
  3. Whisk eggs, slightly
  4. Mix the evaporated milk, regular milk, eggs, margarine, 3 cups cheese, salt and pepper together well in the crock-pot.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni
  6. Mix well
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese over the top
  8. Cover the crock-pot
  9. Cook on low for three hours
  10. Do not open crock-pot
