Receta Crockpot Orange Honey Chicken

Ingredientes
- 6 x Chicken breasts halves (boneless,skinless,frzn)
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1/2 c. Chicken broth
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Teryiaki sauce
- 1 c. Broccoli florets
- 1 c. Cauliflower florets
- 1 c. Carrot "pennies" (sliced)
Direcciones
- Place frzn breasts in crock-pot. Mix juice, broth, honey, dry mustard and teryiaki sauce. Pour over chicken in crock. Cook on low for four hrs. Add in vegetables about one hour before serving. Place on TOP of chicken and don't stir. Cook the additional hour and serve over rice.
- Yield: 6 servings.
- If using non-frzn chicken breasts, you should SUBTRACT at least one hour from cooking time.
