- Open the slow cooker liner and place it inside a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker. Fit liner snugly against the bottom and sides of the bowl and pull top of liner over rim of bowl.
- Place all the ingredients in the lined-slow cooker and stir gently to mix. Cover with the lid.
- Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or HIGH 3 to 4 hours until mixture is hot and bubbly and the sauce slightly thickened.
- Carefully remove the lid to allow steam to escape. Serve the chili directly from the slow cooker. Do not lift or transport the liner with the food inside. Cool the slow cooker completely, remove the liner and toss.
