Ingredientes

  • 1 whole chicken (cut up, skin on)
  • 2 c. rice crispies
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Wash chicken and pat dry.
  2. Heat butter in bowl large sufficient to accomodate largest piece of chicken. Put Rice Crispies in same sized bowl. Use hands to crush crispies to desired texture.
  3. Roll each piece of chicken in butter to coat and then in crispies to coat. Place on large cookie sheet. (Line it with foil first if desired for easy cleanup.)
  4. 375
