- Wrap carrot, celery, peas, and radishes separately. Chill. Place banana, peanut butter, apple juice, and lemon juice in blender. Whirl 10 to 15 seconds till smooth. Pour into small container. Place wax paper over dip to prevent discoloring. Cover with lid. Chill till ready to pack lunch or possibly serve. Serves 1 child (for adults, use low sodium peanut butter). 230 calories, 9 g fat, 0 cholesterol, 71 mg sodium.
