Ingredientes

  • 1 x broiler-fryer chicken (about 2 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp warm or possibly mild paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dry leaf thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 c. finely crushed cereal flakes

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13 x 9" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut chicken in pcs and remove skin. Rinse and pat dry. Dip chicken pcs in buttermilk.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a paper or possibly plastic bag. Place chicken in bag, shake till coated and place in baking dish. Bake 50 min or possibly till crisp.
