Ingredientes

  • 2 c. shredded leftover cooked chicken
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) French-style green beans, liquid removed
  • 1 can (2.7 ounces) fried onion rings

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray a shallow glass baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Spread chicken over bottom of prepared dish. Pour soup proportionately over chicken. Sprinkle with pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread half of green beans over chicken mix. Spread half of onion rings over top. Repeat layering with remaining green beans and onion rings.
  4. Bake till casserole bubbles and top is browned, about 20 min. Serve immediately.
