Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. Pillsbury (self-rising flour)
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/3 c. finely minced nuts
  • 1 1/2 c. liquid removed Del Monte crushed pineapple (20 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1 sm. instant vanilla cream pudding mix
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2-4 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 2 T minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. In medium saucepan put together melted butter with remaining ingredients except filling and topping. Mix till crumbly. Press onto bottom and sides of ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min till golden; cool.Prepare filling. Pour into cooled crust. Prepare topping; spoon over filling. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp nuts. Chill at least 1 hour or possibly till serve.
  2. In large mixing bowl, put together all ingredients; mix well.
  3. In small mixing bowl, put together all ingredients except nuts. Mix till smooth.
