Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1 c. Potato Buds (dry)
  • 2 teaspoon dry basil leaves
  • 1 egg, beaten or possibly Egg Beaters
  • 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound fish fillets

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heat shortening. Mix potatoes, basil, onion, salt and pepper. Dip fish into egg; coat with potato mix. Place in pan and bake for about 10-15 min. Turn fish and bake till fish flakes easily. (5 servings).
