- Heat oven to 225 degrees. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Organize apple slices on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and apples.
- Bake for 1 hour until apples are golden crisp and brown in colour. Serve hot or store in apple tight containers. They can last for 5 days at a stretch.
