Crunchy Spinach Dip (With Sourdough Bread)

Ingredientes

  • 10 ounce Spinach, frzn cut, thawed
  • 8 ounce Water chestnuts, liquid removed & finely minced
  • 3/4 c. Scallion, minced
  • 1 pkt Lipton Country Vegetable soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 loaf round sourdough bread

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl, or possibly whatever you have, combine all ingredients except the bread; mix well. Cover and refrigerateovernight. Pour into hollowed out, unsliced sourdough bread. Serve with the hollowed out bread, cut into sqaures, and raw vegetables.
