Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd Beef
  • 1/2 c. Water Chestnuts, *
  • 1/4 c. Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Orange Juice, Or possibly
  • 1/4 c. Sherry, Dry
  • 1 x Clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Molasses Or possibly Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger, Grnd

Direcciones

  1. Water chestnuts should be finely minced.
  2. Mix the meat and water chestnuts together. Shape the mix into 6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick. Place the patties in an ungreased baking dish 10 X 6 X 1 3/4-inches. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the patties. Cover and chill for at least 3 hrs, turning the patties once. Remove the patties from the marinade. Broil or possibly grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, till the desired doneness is reached, about 10 to 15 min. Brush frequently with the leftover marinade.
