Ingredientes

  • 3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 stick butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Mix together all ingredients except topping and beat till fluffy and all potato strings removed. Pour into greased baking dish. Heat butter; add in brown sugar, flour and pecans. Pour over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
