Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fresh turkey breast slices
  • 1 (2 3/4 ounce.) pkg. grnd pecans, about 3/4 c.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lg. tomato, cut in 1/2 inch slices

Direcciones

  1. Coat turkey on both sides with mix of pecans, garlic pwdr and basil. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in non stick skillet over medium heat. Add in half of turkey. Cook 3 min; turn turkey over. Cook 2 min more. Place turkey on platter; cover to keep hot. Repeat with remaining oil and turkey. Cover. Add in tomato to oil remaining in skillet. Heat 1 to 2 min, turning once. Serve with turkey. Makes 4 servings.
