- Coat turkey on both sides with mix of pecans, garlic pwdr and basil. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in non stick skillet over medium heat. Add in half of turkey. Cook 3 min; turn turkey over. Cook 2 min more. Place turkey on platter; cover to keep hot. Repeat with remaining oil and turkey. Cover. Add in tomato to oil remaining in skillet. Heat 1 to 2 min, turning once. Serve with turkey. Makes 4 servings.
