Ingredientes

  • 2 lg. cans yams (heated & mashed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3/4-1 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Mix yams with all spices, egg, evaporated lowfat milk and sugar; mix well. Pour mix into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix topping till crumbly and sprinkle over potatoes. Dot with more butter if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10-12.
