Ingredientes

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. grated zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs till frothy. Stir in sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla. Add in other ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into two well-greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cold 10 min in pan before turning out on racks.
