Receta Crushed Pineapple `N Apple Salad

Ingredientes

1 pkg. lemon Jello 2 c. warm water 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed

1 c. diced unpeeled red apple 1/4 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

1. Dissolve Jello in warm water. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Mix in crushed pineapple, apple and pecans. Pour into 6 individual molds. Refrigeratetill hard. Unmold on salad greens (lettuce) and serve with mayonnaise. 6 servings.
