Crusted Salmon

Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dry dillweed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 x Salmon steaks or possibly fillets, (6 to 8 ounces each)

Direcciones

  1. Spray the cool grill racks with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the grill to medium heat. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the salmon; mix well. Rinse the salmon with cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Spread the mix over both sides of the salmon, dividing it proportionately. Grill the salmon for 10 to 12 min, or possibly till the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through in the center. Serve immediately.
  2. NOTE: If you have a hinged grill basket, use it for the salmon. It's really the best way to grill fish.
