Crustless Bacon And Egg Quiche

Ingredientes

  • 8 strips bacon, diced
  • 1/2 c. prepared biscuit mix
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • Dash pepper

Direcciones

  1. Fry bacon, crisp and crumble and set aside. In blender put together lowfat milk, biscuit mix, large eggs, butter and pepper. Blend for 15 seconds. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top of egg mix. Gently press below surface with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Let stand 10 min. Serves 4-6.
