Crustless Cheddar Carrot Quiche

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. minced onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 ounce. grated cheese, Cheddar

Direcciones

  1. Boil carrots in 1 inch water, cover and set aside. Combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, onions and seasonings till well blended. Stir in liquid removed carrots and cheese. Spray pan with Pam and pour mix into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min. Serves 4.
