Ingredientes

  • 3/4 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 1/4 ounce. shredded coconut

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl mix together melted butter, sugar and flour. Add in Large eggs and mix, then add in rest of ingredients. Blend well with mixer. Pour into well greased, well floured 9" pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Cold, then serve.
