Receta Crustless Spinach Pie

Ingredientes

1 lg. onion, minced 1 tbsp. oil 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn spinach, thawed with as much moisture removed as possible

5 Large eggs 1/2 pound Muenster cheese, grated Salt and pepper, to taste

Direcciones

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch pie plate. In skillet, heat oil and saute/fry onion till soft. Add in spinach and cook 5 min over medium heat. Cold. Beat Large eggs and add in cheese. Stir this mix into spinach and onion and season to taste. Spread mix into pie plate. Bake till brown, about 40 min.
