Ingredientes

  • 2 cans tuna, liquid removed in water
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounce.)
  • 1 med. onion, minced (about 1/2 c.)
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper sauce

Direcciones

  1. Toss tuna, cheese and onion with flour. Spread in greased pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Beat Large eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour egg mix over tuna mix. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven till knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 min. Let stand 10 min before cutting. Can be poured in a crust and baked for 35 min.
