Ingredientes

  • 1 lb boned and skinned chicken breast halves
  • 3/4 c. breadcrumbs wholewheat
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grnd pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. white wine

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut meat into 4 portions.
  3. On a plate mix together the bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl stir together the horseradish, mustard and wine.
  5. Dip chicken in the horseradish mix till well coated. You can marinade for up to 1 hour for a stronger flavor.
  6. Roll the chicken in the breadcrumbs to coat proportionately. Place pcs in a casserole (not glass). Do not let the pcs touch.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 mins. till hard to the touch.
