Ingredientes

  • 6 med. potatoes, peeled
  • 1 sm. onion, grated
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. oil

Direcciones

  1. Grate potatoes coarsely into a bowl filled with cool water. In another bowl, combine onion, Large eggs, flour and salt. Drain potatoes, pressing out all liquid. Beat potatoes into a batter. Heat oil. Spoon heaping Tbsp. of batter into oil make 4 inch rounds. Brown on one side, turn over and brown on the other side cook through. Drain on paper towel. Serve warm.
