Receta Cucumber – Potato Stir Fry
Ingredientes
- Cucumbers instead of Lemon Cucumbers. So we can use both types of cucumbers,
- whichever are available at the time. This goes well with rice as well as
- chapathis.

- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Cucumbers
- ½ cup finely chopped Onions
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- A pinch of Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- For Seasoning/Tempering:
- 1 tsp Oil
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Bengal Gram (à°ªà°à±à°à°¿ à°¸à±à°¨à°à°ªà°ªà±à°ªà±, Chana Dal)
- ½ tsp Black Gram (మినపà±à°ªà°ªà±à°ªà±, Urad Dal)
