Receta Cucumber Smoothie
Cucumbers are a rich source of antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients. This refreshingly cool and healthy smoothie is simple and easy to make. Ideal for a hot day or as a great breakfast drink.
Ingredients:
- Cucumber – 2
- Yogurt – 2 cups
- Honey – 2 tblsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 1/2 tsp
- Mint Leaves – handful, chopped
Ice cubes
Method:
1. Peel and grate the cucumbers.
2. Transfer to a blender.
3. Add the ice cubes, yogurt, honey, few mint leaves and lemon juice.
4. Blend well until smooth.
5. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with mint leaves.
6. Serve at once.
